Payment & Orders

We offer the following forms of payment:

Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, America Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Shop App.

We accept all major bank cards, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay

If your payment has been declined then you'll need to place your order again.

Please ensure all your details entered are correct and the funds are sufficient. If you are still unable to make your payment, we would recommend you contact your bank who will be able to investigate this further for you.

We are happy to take website or telephone orders.

Order Issues

To ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible, all orders are processed instantly.

We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order.

However, if you would like to make a cancellation, please email sales@jalft.com and we will try our best to accommodate your cancellation before the order is dispatched.

If, for whatever reason you want to return goods that have been correctly supplied by us. These goods must be returned to us in original condition by you and at your cost, with a copy of the original invoice included and a reason for the return, we will then issue a full credit to the value of the goods only. If the products are found to be faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied against your order, we will offer a no charge collection, repair and delivery service.

Once an order has been placed online, you will not be able to amend it. If you need to amend it for whatever reason, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

We offer an extensive range of products on our website, if you can't find the product you are looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

If the product you require is out of stock, please contact us and we will be able to advise when the item will be back in stock.
